The website will only collect personal data that you tell us about yourself.
Processing and sharing your Personal Data
As data processor Under One Roof forwards the information you provide to participating estate agents for the purposes of service delivery, and does not retain your data for longer than thirty days. As data controllers, the participating estate agents may then send you communications in line with your interests and your information is subject to the data privacy and protection policies of those estate agents.
Retaining Personal Data about you
Personal data is only retained on our server for as long as necessary to deliver the contact information and interests you provide via the registration form with participating estate agents and is not retained beyond thirty days.
Erasing and destroying your Personal Data
Digital Personal Data is securely erased when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was obtained.
Marketing and communications
In providing your contact details and interests via the website Registration form, you consent to receiving marketing and/or communications from participating agents at the e-mail, phone number or other contact that you provide in order to communicate information for your interest. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you must contact the relevant estate agent(s) requesting to have your name and details removed from their mailing list(s) and/or other records, in line with their own data privacy policies. Under One Roof is not responsible for your data once it has been forwarded to participating estate agents; please refer to the data privacy policies of each estate agent for further information.
Security of your Personal Data
Under One Roof will endeavour to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep secure any personal data that we hold about you, which is held only as long as necessary to provide services requested and is securely destroyed within thirty days of submission.

Under One Roof provides links to external websites. Such linked sites are not under the control of Under One Roof, and we are not responsible for the information within such websites or the conduct of entities linked to our website.

Under One Roof conducts regular reviews to ensure legal compliance and to reflect staff & customer feedback.
